Ms. Turney has more than 10 years of domestic Human Resource experience in the public and private sector related to talent management, payroll, benefits, human resources information systems, recruitment/employment, compensation and career development.
Prior to joining Summit, Ms. Turney was the Benefits Administrator and Wellness Coordinator for the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, Jill was responsible for administering health benefits for 2,300 City of Tulsa employees. She was also responsible for coordinating and managing the City of Tulsa Health and Wellness program. Jill started her career as a Human Resources Assistant with Central Bancompany (formerly ONB Bank) in Tulsa. She eventually progressed to a Human Resources Generalist role with the bank where she was responsible for health and wellness benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
Ms. Turney holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is certified through the Society of Human Resources as a Senior Certified Professional.
