Ms. Piña has more than 30 years of Oil & Gas on-shore and off-shore experience related business development, strategic planning, management, direct technical sales, service coordination and enhanced down hole production, most recently with electrical submersible pumps, their sales and service.
Prior to joining Summit ESP, Ms. Piña worked for Baker Hughes artificial lift division (Centrilift) as an Account Manager in California. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Michelle worked as a Senior Manager with InterAct/PMTI, an Oil & Gas engineering and consulting firm. In this role, Michelle provided oversight of contract offshore field service operations personnel. Michelle also managed Health, Safety, and Environmental programs for InterAct and their Oil & Gas clients. Before joining InterAct, Michelle worked for Ventura Crane Incorporated in their operations group. While at Ventura Crane, Michelle was responsible for all oilfield service operational matters, including management, business development, contracts and strategic planning.
In Ms. Piña’s multiple West Coast professional capacities, she has worked with several major independent West Coast Oil & Gas companies including Aera Energy, Veneco, Exxon-Mobil, Vintage and California Resource Corporations, OXY, Shell, and DCOR.
